Eating In General

Hello guys, 

I have got 2 issues that i cannot hadle with. So the first one is that I know that this is unhealthy and so on but if I didn't eat before sleep and I have to eat solid meal I have trouble with sleep. I just lying down and it's hard for me to actually fall asleep. How to deal with that. And the second one is that when I am in collage, working, etc. I dont have neediness to eat so much but when I am at home the whole day even if I am learning or especially when I am learning or watching videos related with personal improvment I would eat much more than other days and I am constantly hungry. I am notice also that when I sleep really well and enough time and I am in a good mood, feel relaxed I also have tendency to eat more. What can I do about that? All the best for you and sorry for my English but I was trying hard :)

You should try to eat regularly. Give your body a routine/ a rhythm.
