Is it possible for busy people to have a very healthy diet? Are there best practices to make healthy eating an easy, quick and efficient process, even for people with very busy and tight schedules?

I see. So is this pot much more efficient than conventional pots? And, are you proposing preparing and freezing most foods I'll need during the week on Sunday? Is this what @Charlotte calls "batch cooking"? And a last question: if I want to have a variety of different, healthy meals during the week (instead of just one meal for 6 days in a row), how long would it take to cook all that on Sunday?

no no that would be bad hehe, smoothies only in the morning! You wouldnt want to have them all day long because you need to chew some "actual" food and have your stomach digest fibers. Breakfast can be done in 5 minutes, i would advise to put a banana, berries, green leaves, and other fruit and add some superfoods (chia seeds/spirulina/etc) +plant milk and your good to go for breakfast :). For lunch you can meal prep ahead of time, like with Leos soup (he has a video of it on his channel) ->basically he makes a huge quantity of  vegtable soup on sunday and that lasts him the entire week. then for dinner its up to you, if your a meat eater, have some meat+ salad mix, etc. Meal prepping (you can find it on youtube) is your best way to save time. I would only suggest to meal prep for a maximum of 4 days, not an entire week, because food loses its nutritional value if it stays in the fridge for more than 4 days, and can go bad.

Is this true even for frozen food? Say, if I meal prep for 6 days, and I put meals for days 1-4 in the fridge and freeze meals for days 5-6, would the latter lose their nutritional value (and how much so)? In fact, what if I freeze all meals right away, and move them from the freezer to the fridge one by one the night before?

be careful, dont put hot or even slightly warm food directly in the freezer, it goes bad very quickly. Once you let it cool down, yes you can! it can just take longer because you have to defrost the meals everyday
