sometimes I practice semen retention. After a few sessions of shamanic breathing, a lot of emotional release and an LSD trip, just after a few days of semen retention I start to feel energy in my spine, medulla, in the chakras basically. I notice I can direct this energy sometimes.

The thing is that I feel like this energy wants to explode, like it wants to increase a lot in intensity and explode. I guess this is similar to ejaculation but I feel like it's more than that, since ejaculation doesnt satisfy usually and the energy doesnt go high enough. 

sometimes that energy comes with some vibrations in the body.

This energy is pleasant somewhat, but at the same time that desire to explode makes me anticipate something that I guess wont ever come. sometimes i realized it's an illusion and im just present with that energy, but fairly quickly the realization fades and I go back to desiring to explode. im curious about that, it's very weird and I wanna know more or what to do about it. I practice kriya yoga but i havent even started the first kriya.

edit: im also more emotional when I practice semen retention.

Maybe learn about chakras for example. It's hard to advice with energy if the other person doesn't know what's going on at all, at least for me.

You can use this energy to become more aware.If you continue don't waste your sexual energy with masturbation your diet will be clean after a while.You may become more creative and more masculine meaning with more discipline.Sexual energy is really powerful and it's great if you don't waste it with fake porn.Keep going you will see results just meditate too every day!

The problem of society dreaming state is ejaculation. 

One learns to injaculate and after aprox. 3 months of not wasting seed, life turns drastically in self based structures. 

This is the reason why average women (mostly women who gave birth) in today's society are more powerful than the average men, when dealing with awareness, multitasking, etc. Average women are more prone to injaculate than the average men (reasons being pornography, bad education and habits). 

If a man learns to injaculate, then the whole system and story changes, he will became at the same potential as women.
