What does it mean when you are connected with a star and you can adjust it's movement?.....

It's like when you wake up with the sun and go sleep with a sun. That's the most basic example.

Sadhguru says if you do classical Hatha Yoga for 18months (not internet yoga) you can connect to the sun and the moon so deeply that you can tell the face of the moon just by closing your eyes. The face of the sun can also be told but it takes a little more time.

Also the impact of the moon is very visable on women just take a look at menstruation cycles. 

But really one does not know the influence of these things until he or she starts to do real classical yoga.

I've had an experience where I looked up with closed eyes and saw stars.. I was looking at the night sky before that happened.
