Was this my mind or ?

Yesterday, I smoked alot of weed. And, for a moment. I felt a very subtle realization that I am a projection. Just, like a hologram in 3D. A hologram that is biological. 

Idk, what to make of this, maybe it was my mind creation, maybe it was nothing but I am curious.

Was it a Picture in your mind or feeling on/in the body?

Did you feel like the solidity of your body dissolved ?

If it was the latter it could be a kind of mental state, usually felt in deep meditation where the solid feeling of the body dissolves. ?
