Forgive me if this has been asked already. Does anyone have some good recommendation on shadow work books/videos/sources.

Teal Swan is the classic recommendation there. 'The Presence Process's by Michael Brown is a really good book too. You can YouTube 'michael brown presence process' to hear him talk and see if he's a fit for you.

I don’t know much about shadow work to be honest. But I know that ‘The Work’ will take you straight to sagehood in a matter of a few years. I’m talking about the level of sagehood that only old enlightened people have.
