maturity vs consciousness

I have been watching Leo's content for almost one year now but I don't really understand what he means when he says the word "conscious".

Sometimes it sounds like it's the same as maturity but sometimes it sounds like something completely different!

So is it the same as maturity or not?

@Edvin Conscious & consciousness get used in a lot of different ways. Maturity definition and info can be assimilated by googling it. Consciousness is gonna take some practices.
