I've been Self-Actualizing for two months now. Results.

Hello everyone,

My name is Ovidiu. I'm 25 years old and I live in Romania.

It's been over two months since I started (my) Self-Actualization.

I meditate on a daily basis.

Results start to come.

I no longer have too many negative thoughts. I feel better.

I love this journey.

LEO is awesome.

awesome but be careful not to end up spending to much time on mental masturbation also take action as this is where the growth comes from

Take Action is more important than reading, watching videos etc.

 I know this for myself. I wasted more than 5 years on collecting wisdom, watching videos, reading books, mental masturbation with my friends about spirituality, success, human psyche... etc. It's a distraction and waste of time really. 

And I must tell you something for sure. Watching Leo videos, taking notes, reading forum gave me more than my all books.
