What is the reason for posting the thought/thoughts. What if people try to summarize them or put some into a single category?

Dense feeling in my frontal lobe, compared to lightness when meditatitating. Fuzzy thinking, no audible thoughts, no insight other than, when I thought meta about this exercise, then immediately my mind went "This exercise include also that kind of thoughts" and silenced it for the rest of the duration of the task.

@i am I AMI do not think You are clear here !!!

Yes, this is true. I can be more clear! I have come to the understanding that past and future are only projections, in the dual-world. Also that the "Present Time" is you:it's all You are, really. You could worry about something you did in the past (ex.dropped a small pet as child) and then try to make the past look better.

Is that a sign the past is true? Do you not think about the future using exactly the same technique as you do the past? The Present is different from the past, no? If you do not perceive a difference, then you are just in The Present (all of these things are, right now).

This is a really educational discussion,;) so I thank you.

Also, starting out at one minute can be an excellent start for meditation the way you describe.

@Star Net I literally did as you asked and tried to switch on my thoughts all at once, nothing came up ? I'll try again if I'm not doing it right?

Every thought has an opposite thought so they cancel out.
