Reliable source for Sutras of Patanjali?

I've seen a lot of books about the Sutras of Patanjali, but I cannot find a book that IS the Sutras themselves.  Are there just no full English translations of the text?

I've seen this website, http://www.swamij.com/yoga-sutras-list.htm, but can anyone vouch for its authenticity?

Patanjali has given highly condensed, telegraphic instructions. Even full English translation will be of much help.
