I want to start all over again

@Leo Gurasomehow i stopped to meditate, contemplate and eat healthy after it all started good, it has been about 3 month since i stopped all of this. But i KNOW that self actualization is the only real option that is worth persuing for me. And i also know that it is not a gamble. If you take it very fucking serious you will succeed. But i just tumbled of and away and i.. Just don't know. I need to start again. Please please help me, give me a tip or something. ?

You need to come up with a daily schedule.  Start with the routines you already have, don't try to revamp everything at once.  Start by making a list of things you wanna accomplish every day.  Write this list down and cross off the items as you do them.  Everything needs to get crossed off by the time you go to sleep.  Put meditation as one of those items.  Try to get stuff into a routine so it can become kinda automatic for you over time.

Start by listening to your breath even if you work, drive, eat, shit. Use earplugs as a hack when possible to better listen the breath and heartbeats.

Check out Leo’s video for using death as a motivator. Your life is finite man, you could live another 60 years or you could die tonight. Get back on that path try to make what ever time you have left the best it can be. Also reach enlightenment and never worry about death again apparently. Good luck, I know it’s a bitch to actually get started again, but you’ll build momentum quickly and you’ll feel so much fuckin better
