You need both the 5th and the 4th edition. The 4th edition has incredibly powerful information that is left out in the 5th edition, and vice-versa.

Control of the vayus is something that will take your kriya to the next level.

Get 4th as ebook since it's removed from Amazon, purchase 5th edition.

1. Idk why I can't upload photos...

2. The 49 vayus  in lesson 17 does not exist in 4th edition.

3. A lot is different per chapter, but same structure.

Are some of the essentials changed? I have the 4th edition eBook.

ChatGPT wrote this on the connection of the vayus to Shambhavi Mudra:

Quote

1. Prana Vayu (Inward-moving energy): Shambhavi Mudra involves the inward focus of attention, particularly the gaze at the eyebrow center (Ajna chakra). By directing the gaze inward, practitioners stimulate the flow of prana toward the higher energy centers, facilitating a sense of internalization and heightened awareness.
2. Apana Vayu (Outward-moving energy): While the primary focus is inward, the coordination of breath and awareness also involves the downward movement of energy associated with Apana. The exhalation phase and the grounding aspect of the practice help release tensions and unwanted energies from the system.
3. Samana Vayu (Balancing energy): Shambhavi Mudra aims to balance and harmonize the flow of prana, which aligns with the functions of Samana Vayu. This balance is crucial for optimal energy assimilation, particularly in the region of the solar plexus.
4. Udana Vayu (Upward-moving energy): The upward gaze in Shambhavi Mudra corresponds to the activation of Udana Vayu. This upward movement is associated with spiritual ascent and the awakening of higher consciousness.
5. Vyana Vayu (Circulating energy): The overall practice, including the coordination of breath and gaze, contributes to the circulation of prana throughout the body, which aligns with the functions of Vyana Vayu.

By consciously working with these vayus, practitioners of Shambhavi Mudra aim to purify the energy channels, balance the subtle forces in the body, and facilitate the awakening of spiritual awareness. It's important to note that the successful practice of Shambhavi Mudra often requires guidance from an experienced Kriya Yoga teacher to ensure proper technique, understanding, and progression.

@MAHAVATAR_-_BABAJI what job offer gives you 14k a month? That's very unrealistic.I would say that's a 100% scam or are you working in the porn industry?

Sorry to bring you down to earth a little bit. Congratulations to your new relationship.

Do it. Don't jerk off for 14+ days and actively do work while edging. You will male more money and random things happen.

And this chick doesn't even wear makeup. She is that hot. I'm scared to ask her why and my mom said "DON’T!" HAHA.

What is your experience on both versions of pranayama, the one where you pull prana up the spina while chanting om, and the other one described by santatagamana where you just focus on the third eye?

Share your experience, what differences have you noticed and which one do you practice?

Hey guys,

I have one question, during Kriya Pranayama breaths, when I move the energy through the chakras, should I concentrate in the spine, on the chakra point itself, or it's posterior ksetram (on the skin on my back, where the chakra is supposed to be). The author didn't explicitly say that, but I intuit that I have to concentrate inside the spine, on the chakra itself, not its posterior ksetram.

Thanks

What?? You have to read the book😂

1. santatagamana Is bullshit. Ennimo nemis' 2024 edition found on "kriyayogainfo.net" and *.C St*vens kriya book are sufficient. The more complex the better.

2. In addition to the two books mentioned above I would recommend you read "hatha yoga pradipika" and "kriya yoga the science of life force".

  • The Chakra is a point in the spine. It has the anterior ksetram and the posterior ksetram. You shouldn't be focusing on the skin.. Touch your spine. That is where mind is placed.
  • You are not concentrating On the spine. You are placing your awarenss/mind itself inside the sushumna with is within the spine. You can feel the pole by slightly wobbling the spine(as if ur making small and tiny circles with the head). It is a hollow vibrational tube and it feels the same everytime.
  • Right now your experience is inside your skill(kinda sorta). We are moving it to another location in the spine. You should be perceiving reality from that location. It feels weird.
  • Use the eye detachment exercise in the appendix of stevens' book. This is what you do when you look into Ajna. The eyes are simply focused at ajna but you aren't looking into it.
  • In kriya you are splitting your awareness and using concentration, feeling the cool and warm current, seeing the star in kutastha, ujjayi breathing,  and chanting 'ong' or the Om namo bagav(b)ate vasudevaya in the chakras=the spine. You never are chating at the anterior ksetram for regular kriya pranayam(unless it is mental kriya).
  • You should want to slap yourself after doing 8 Maha mudras. Kriya Yoga is the ultimate test of your will power. Even occultic practices aren't that crazy. People who claim they finished the book are bullshitters. If you can sit and do lesson 17 in the 5th edition of stevens' book everyday for 6 months then HOLY FUCK, YOU HAVE THE WILL POWER OF GOD. Yeah, it is that hard(will power wise and with proper execution). I recommend reading buddhabuddha(visuddimagga and vimuttimagga and abhidhamma to master what concentration is).
  • I recommend you read all of Aristotles work so you have a foundation for analysis(first principles). You must operate on first principles and not through analogy.

@MAHAVATAR_-_BABAJI Thanks for your answer.

At the moment, I don't feel my spine much, and I don't feel that energy at all. It's been only a month since I started the practice. Is that normal?

I just try as best as I can to visualize some current pumping up and down with my breath, and piercing through the places where chakras are supposed to be.

Hey guys,

I have one question for those who practice the Supreme Fire technique from Santata Gamana's book.

He says first to inhale, and then do the abdominal lock (Uddiyana bandha). But as I looked up online, doing proper Uddiyana bandha requires first exhaling all the air (lungs should be empty), and then doing the lock. But here he asks us to inhale and move the energy up first, and then lock the belly.

How do you guys do it?

@bazera

So gamana himself has two versions of kriya supreme fire if you read his updated version of kundalini yoga book

One involves external breath retention, as in exhaling first then holding the breath

One involves internal breath retention, as in keeping the air

Try both and keep whatever feels easier for you

@PenguinPablo if you are having great results with that, wait until you get to the main practices :)

Start with pranayama asap, that's the most important practice, followed by mahamudra and yoni mudra

Any tips on actually feeling the cool and warm sensation up and down the spine during kriya pranayama?

Ive been reading santata's books and started doing the kriya pranayama focusing on the crown as per the instructions in his second book on kriya, but he mentions that you should so it after being experienced with doing the kriya pranayama in the third eye. I do the crown one because I feel like I get more of an effect from that one, but is it dangerous or something? I know nothing about chakras, but is the crown chakra somehow more dangerous to mess with than the third eye one or something?

Just feel into the heat and cold. Imagine that you are feeling cold and you will start to feel cold. It will be subtle at first but you will get better at creating the feeling.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.
