An online Krya course with videos etc would be cool

Qigong is my focus run but have a bunch of PDFs in my common place system on Krya. I’m interested in it for sure.

You guys are playing with fire doing yoga from books and not following a master, you can get hurt if you don't know what you're doing.

Since Sadhguru said don't do yoga from books and especially Kundalini, I'm not risking it.

Which is why I have the others.

I don't why, I don't remember but I didn't like any of them, thus I seeked other resources.

I think the books I shared are superior, take a look at them if you are interested.

I have a question to intermediate and advanced practitioners.

I'm a noobie at yoga and can't still my mind. I'm following the process explained in a book (also I'm doing Sadhguru's yoga), but my mind is all over the place, I struggle to stay aware.

Is this a matter of discipline and should I discipline my mind more to be aware like by force?

Or is this something that gets improved over time?

@Leo Gura if you are interested in kechari mudra, look at one of our forum member here who has a great 5 meo dmt/malt youtube channel and claims that he reaches more deeper states with kechari mudra than taking 5 meos. He even operated his tounge for this benefit:

Have you guys checked out "kundalini exposed" by santatagamana?

It is supposed to reach the same point as Kriya yoga, without many fancy techniques, the main techniques are basically kriya supreme fire (which you have to build up to do for a long time) and resting in post practice state

in the beginning before you are able to  do kriya supreme fire for long periods of times, the book has auxiliary practices, such as breath witnessing, mantra chanting and pranayamas

 Here are the routines recommended

How long did it take you to get the tongue up your nose?

I did the stretches very inconsistently for like a year I think. On and offI. 'm still working on it. It will only stay up there if I keep it there with my fingers and doing it for too long hurts. To not waste time I only stretch while doing other things like walking, showering and cooking.

The road to God is paved with bliss.

What benefits have you seen?

● I used to have crippling social anxiety, even getting off a bus, going to class, and of course talking to girls. This is 90% gone after two years and this alone has done so much for my life. I use to get very frustrated when people told me you have to live with it. I rejected that flat out.

● A lot of health benefits. Overcoming eating problems, dropping ALL supplements, and eating about 60% of what I used to and still maintain my size. I'm 186cm, 94kg and 14% body fat. Extremely active, bouldering, jiujitsu, powerlifiting and I eat almost half as much without losing ANY weight.

● Sleeping less, and taking less shits lol. It has also enhanced digestion. Maybe 7 hours of sleep which again is crazy for my level of activity.

● Had very bad OCD (diagnosed) and perfectionism. OCD is almost totally gone. I can plan compulsively sometimes but I don't check the door 50 times in the morning so it's been so liberating.

● The desire for porn, coffee, eating meat, watching TV, alot of this stuff just naturally fell away. I didn't try to do anything. Sex drive probably halved.

● More frequent non-dual experiences. For example, walking down the street, I suddenly feely merged with everyone around me. Frequent episodes of bliss and love but it's not awakening.

● A more elusive one, but it's easier to get what I want in life and I am generally much happier. Better emotional states. Feel more balanced and capable.

● I also have a deeper sense now that I don't really need to do anything in life. I just feel fulfilled. I don't feel obliged to help anyone or do anything and I don't think it dictates my worth as a human.

● I have become a catalyst for growth for everyone around. After people spend some time around me they usually want to change. Major impact on family.

I credit a lot of my progress to reading Dr Hawkins book about surrender and for years I took surrender and kriya yoga EXTREMELY seriously. I did it religiously. Sometimes I was doing kriya yoga three times a day. It was addictive.

I have always wanted to make a video about this but I'm afraid people will call me a pseudo scientist full of shit etc... lol

Amazing bro! Congrats!

What kind of kriya yoga routine you would practice?

@LSD-Rumi Which booklist are you talking about? Did he provide a list of books somewhere in this thread or is the booklist you're referring to part of his "Leo Reviews Top 200 Self-Help Books" 35 USD book list?

@martins name I can’t give you a full explanation of the spiritual/emotional benefits on the computer but everyone’s path is unique and there isn’t a destination you have to reach. The only question you should be asking:

” is my life better than last year? “

Don't cut the frenulum. Lahiri warned against such Acts. Do more talabya until you understand how to stretch the frenulum properly. Time is needed.

During the day you shouldn't be here. You practice is correct when you enter the similar states of psychedelics!
