Have anyone tried to sleep listening to this mantra?\

 

I had a lucid dream that I was hearing the mantra even without the headphones, I was really deep, took me lot of effort to awake so I could stop listening to it.

Repetition of a single word or a single mantra creates a certain melody in your mind soothing, very soothing, very calming. Mothers know it perfectly well. Hence the lullaby: the mother goes on repeating a single note again and again and the child falls asleep.
