Just purchased the book list

7 posts in this topic

I have been researching and trying to design my life from every element, and I was seriously considering yoga to be the main form of technique for mind, emotion and body health as well as awakening.

Just got the book list, and time to start yoga :D

Though, I am a beginner, I would like to integrate hatha yoga and then perform kriya yoga. I read somewhere that performing hatha yoga is kinda like warm up for performing kriya yoga and since I would like to maintain my body through yoga as well, I think it would be good choice.

Now, I just need one book on hatha yoga that I can integrate with the book of kriya yoga suggested by leo. Any help guys?

@mohdanas Hatha yoga is best learned in-person. Every city has hundreds of Hatha yoga classes available. Just join one of them.

haha, thank you, though it is nothing to the kind of effort you are putting in your hero journey for years. ( read some of your journal notes ;) )

I can recommend doing hatha yoga from your home with youtube videos. The channel "Yoga with Adrienne" provides amazing content for beginners/intermediates as well as many playlists like "30 days of yoga" or "yoga camp", which will keep you motivated until you get a habit going.
