Yes, she is a neurotic, controlling helicopter mom. No doubt about it. But you're also allowing this to happen.

You're making the choice everyday to live with her, to answer her phone calls and not set boundaries. You need to tell her this is not okay and things are going to be different. Period.

Your mom doesn't have the right to do it if you don't want her to. Even if you are still living with her. Worried parent is one thing and being a controlling parent is another. 

My dad used to do this a lot, I forced him to text me instead of call as I put him on silent. It may feel a bit disrespectful at first but if they are able to consider it when you explain to them that you understand their worries, it should be fine. Now away in another country for years, he still calls many times and I call back when I'm able.

It's about you embracing life and doing something that has a deep meaning for you.

Almost everyday I’ve been fapping and I watch porn almost everyday for at least a half hour to an hour each day. Sometimes 2 hours a day.
