No. Do a ctrl+F search on page 2 for the word "kriya".

@Leo Gura why is it only a 3/5 book on your rating. If you said it could change our lives, why not be 5/5.

@How to be wise Because it is a highly technical book, not for casual readers. It is only worth buying if you are going to commit to a year of practice.

Without my video about it, 99% of people would not get much value from the book.
