The infinite bound

If anything can happen in the infinity and what  could happen will happen because it can. For us humans to make something happen, must we do the action (direct experience) with the correct information to create it? (Make it happen)

Yes, you must follow the rules, so to speak. That's part of Infinity.

If you don't get up off your butt and crack some eggs, you won't have an omelet. In this current life that you are living in, omelets don't spawn out of thin air.
