I just answered this in another post..

Maybe we are good at a bunch of things..

possibly try one of the things you can do even if its not amazing and just develop that one thing??

I guess not everyone can become amazing but what else can we do with our life.. we may as well just get moving and see what happens..

We all want to offer some value and be on the edge of development because thats where successful people who have lots of amazing experiences. I have that feeling of can I too have that amazing feeling of purpose and fulfilment??

Its tricky because , maybe we dont need to actually have arrived at our goal to have that sense of fulfilment..  I am hoping that If I just make a choice and go for it I can get that feeling of fulfilment.

I actually do get a small level of fulfilment just from trying to get better.. I thought it would be more but maybe thats all we get??

Ever since I have discovered leo some months back I have been really throwing myself at this, the days I really do it I must admit are my better days..

What about you??

Hi. I struggled with that as well, I found a solution. Basically, what needs to happen is learning. Go on Udemy, and find an expensive course that's on sale about a subject that you like. It's great to invest 20$ in a course that was 200-300$ because you get really high quality information for a tiny price.

Our you could go on Coursera and find a specialisation, this will take you 6 or more months to complete, but by the end of it, you will have made a big commitment to your art.

And, most importantly, start creating stuff that pleases you, even if you're not going to do anything with it. Ask yourself what you want out of your art. Ask yourself whet you want to do with that thing you're creating.

Best of luck.

What can i afford? Some crafts are really expensive in materials or equipement needed. Some music instruments eg.  Can i practise every day? Can i do it at home? What will i get out of it? Most crafts will increase intelligence, but in a different way. Drawing will increase spatial reasoning or visual memory, while music, writing or dancing will enhance some other part of your brain. Does my location suit the craft? If you want to do something in nature or gardening etc. then living in a big city is not ideal. If you want to do ballet, you might not find a good teacher or school when you're living in the middle of nowhere...

@Driven

It is ok to stuck at this point in life :) Funny thing is, today is just i read the book ''Managing Oneself'' after 1 year since i read it, and there was chapter when it was mentioned that most people are clueless what to do in their twenties and they have to explore it really deep and work on it. Exceptions are mostly mathematicians, sportsman and musicians since they grow up early to develop their skills. To answer your question i will mentioned what is mentioned in the book :

- Focus on your strengths and your values.

Whole point of developing certain skill is doing something that will not drain you emotionally, so it has to matched with your values and strengths. You can not work on your weaknesses and on things you do not value. It may sound really simple but in is lot harder then you think. This required real trial and error from your side.

There is method in the book called feedback analysis and it is basically, you writing down your expectations for next 9 months and check if fits you. I find this method over generalized since it is really hard to judge your progress when you are staring something. You might doing something for 9 months and just because one piece of paper told you to do otherwise, you quit and maybe there would be some major progress in next 1,2 months.

So i will offer you what i did. I question myself why i value certain things in my life. For example, why i value knowledge, wisdom, music etc. You make a list so you make it easier. Now the main point here is to see if you are negatively motivated toward that value. Leo explained this ''Life Purpose Course'' but i knew this also myself that it was important since you cant take proper action from stress. Most of negative values are tied with some negative situations in your life...maybe money, love. Whatever it is, question it deeply. Do this for good period of time until you trace of all them down and see which motivate you in some positive way.

When you get general idea about your values, work out your strengths. There are many strength tests on the internet and see how it fits whole idea. Once you get full picture over it, try finding some clues. Where could these values and strengths fit ?

Internet is full of great resources for learning and it opens up many opportunities for you. Each day i download one program/course or read a book and just expand myself what is possible. Also this can help you a lot if you have spare cash and for 250$ it is quite cheap considering how much stuff is in there.
