Can You Meditate even after you eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

Depends on how you feel after eating and how productive you can be during your meditation . It's for you to decide.

Thanks ! :D i heard that yoga you cannot have a yoga practice when your stomach is full or after a meal

In my experience - more powerful when your stomach is empty

You can meditate under almost any circumstance, including getting tortured or at the dentist's office.

Is it IDEAL to meditate after a large meal? Obviously not because you will be more sleepy as blood from your head rushes to your stomach.

But I often meditate after meals. Just keep your meals lite. Or ideally do your session a few hours afterward or before.

What technique do i use? HAHAHA if they torture me HAHA is do nothing technique appropriate? HAHAHA
