Techniques on stop caring about what people think of you

Hey, i watched leos video on "How to stop caring about what people think of you" and i just gotta say wow.

Now its been around 1 year since i watched the video and taken the advice but i haven't changed at all.

Could you maybe list ways and techniques on how to actually stop caring what people think of you.

It actually also depends on the person.

If the persons that are judging you are average chumps out there, simply don't see them as someone to respect their opinion. Know that their opinions are worthless and has no effect on you. If they see that it didn't effect you at all, they will be aware of that you don't care about their opinions at all and you are in more stronger position than they are.

Just don't give value to those people.

That' s uncomfortable OP don't do that. 

That's also a tool for flirting not so cool when it comes to judgement and stuff. You can meet angry ppl and then?

@Shin  +1 Can be pretty hardcore but I too find it to be quite effective. In me it can cause the fear of dying, but that's what we're here for, aren't we?

Everything that grows you is incomfortable, better get used to it.

Btw if you can't do that, good luck doing pick up, and if you're a girl good luck attracting guys you like in public space.
