Nah, thats the Weeknd, but i also wanted to work as a rapper\singer but i try to take it one day at the time. I still might be one but im letting goals in the future go...

I am at peace with life.  I’m just sitting down to do my morning 30 minutes of do nothing meditation.  Maybe I’ll do a little bit of mindfulness of the breath on the nostrils.  Notice the breath and the heart and all the little bursts of energy in the body.

I dunno why but mindfulness hasnt been working with me recently, so i switched it up with a new technique.

I think we need a separate sub-forum or just a thread for chit-chat and casual talk.. It should be more like sharing love and socializing..

There would be too much talk in this forum, and it would distract us to post on the other forums.

I would like it too, but I think the purpose of this forum isn't about that.

Gotta seek real «spiritual» friends if it's just for chit chatting

Yes..but sometimes I have felt people may need that.  .. Just to have friendly conversations, not to argue or debate about anything.. 

I see this forum as a growing spiritual community and people do need coffee breaks within the community

I thought of something similar. A thread with certain restrictions..Probably something like 10 posts per day for a person
