Post Ego Transcendence Behavior Modification & Goal Achievement

I'm curious about what those of you who are no longer ego identified do to retrain your pet ego and get worldly results more efficiently.

I've found Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) to be a helpful mental framework for understanding the psyche, allowing for personal change & influence.

There's a helpful process that NLP describes as Modeling. Here's a definition for you:

"NLP Modeling is the process of recreating excellence. We can model any human behavior by mastering the beliefs, the physiology and the specific thought processes (that is the strategies) that underlie the skill or behavior."

So if you view other humans as AI's, modeling would be the process of scanning their system for areas in which they have stronger programs than you and copying those program files within yourself.

What about you? What areas of study have you found helpful in modifying your internal experience and the results you create in the world?

Just let go and let reality do whatever it does.  You have no control and you never had any.  Don’t plan too much.  Just sit back and watch.

Yes, this is correct. We have no control about our thoughts.

Recently in meditation, I just do whathever my body\mind wants to do and the result is more stillness. :)

Live your whole life that way.

Bro what are you guys talking about xD

Just because I have no control over my thoughts doesn't mean we can't share information with one another.

What if planning is the thing that is happening spontaneously at the moment?

What if me requesting information is result of me letting go of all control?

Then again, if there really is no control, then you guys had no choice other than to say what you did rather than further my intended purpose of this thread. So its all good ;)

The only way you can become enlightened is through the door of illusion.  Everybody must enter through that door.  But at some point you gotta kick off the training wheels.  And that will have no impact on reality.  You never had any impact on reality.  Reality is happening for you regardless of your beliefs about a false sense of knowing, doing, or controlling.

You must have some shit in the subconscious that you still need to clean out.  You should be as peaceful and tranquil as a Japanese pond most of the time, just resting as awareness.

This happened to me for many months. It was extremely physically and psychologically painful and sometimes caused me to spasm uncontrollably, cry out in pain, sweat... I felt like I was going insane. Also during that period of time I could think about and speak about virtually nothing other than enlightenment, and ended up alienating those closest to me. Would not recommend lol.

Can you tell me more about your experience?

Well, I just noticed my body responds this way after resisting it to not be this way for many years and not taking breaks and relaxing.

So, now, whenever i feel like, I just let my body do whathever it wants. Literally.

I do it mostly on meditation but also when im in the computer

The illusion is the truth subjectively until it is no longer. It seems to me it would be more effective to teach according to the students' existing worldview and subjective experience rather than simply telling them to relinquish it.
