Enlightenment Experience?!?!

7 posts in this topic

This just happened.

I was meditating and started to fade away. I was becoming extremely aware of the infinite and that I was not my body. My heart started beating intensely and it started to feel like I was having a full on psychedelic trip. It's hard to describe this next feeling, but I felt like I could feel every single atom in my body splitting apart or something. It was feeling like I was entering the "God head" as leo described in one of his videos. It felt like I was going to die.

It was getting a bit to intense for me and I chose to shift my awareness back to my body and slow down my heart rate by controlling my breathing.

Leo, if you're reading this I was like to hear your thoughts; and of course anyone else as well!

I'm about to try this again but I was really excited to share this. Alright, time to go "kill myself."

It is a life shifting experience.

Me myself after trying it for many days i started to feel the value of everything.

And the most thing i valued was all feelings.

@roe Well... what did you expect yoga to be?

Everything will collapse into unity.

Of course it's intense. Everything you thought was real will collapse.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

@roe what you are describing seems like emotional response to your expectations. I would say try to avoid srrong expectations of becoming Enlightened. You described emotional state here which is not true satori experience. Who is aware of this emotional state? Go deeper. But first switch off your expectations and thoughts about what it could be like to be Enlightened!

Once you lose control to it, things get even more interesting
