@Saumaya Did you seek guidance to realize liberation outside of books (e.g. a guru or master)?

Were you able to get a sense when you were close to liberation? How so?

Sorry for all the questions haha. It just blows my mind you began seeking at age 14, whether you knew at the time what you were doing or not.

I'll tell u something. I was suffering massively around 13sh. My longing for truth kept deepening and  I couldn't take it anymore. When I found out that spiritual enlightenment is the way out; I went in it with full throttle. My longing for truth was very intense; That longing kept me motivated throughout the journey( I achieved it in 2years after all). I knew even if i had to die, Im up for it. It was strange though, I thought it would never end, but suddenly out of nowhere it hit me. I was reading jed mckennas book theory of everything, and then bam(the awakening experience), I was done . I knew it, there cant be any further. Its a total change in perspective you see, you cant miss it.

This is why I question when some speak in absolute terms, there is a paradox in that the 'absolute' is relative in how each one of us experiences it.
