creativity seems to be escaping at the moment, Theres drama a foot around. not sure what to do, confusion, worry, tight balls of.....stuff floating inside. 

cant sleep

over eating.

strong urges to drink.

lost...ness

people are coming to "me"

people important to this ball of emotions and memory, in pain, quietly seeking help, pulling parts of themselves off as an offering. Theres no words to help them because they are lost. And im no better off, my  map may have less mud on it but its still a map. and im no where. i cant guide you.

I can relate, I look back at some of my worst days and i see I'd been placing too much importance on something ultimately meaningless but every time I have problems in the moment I forget this and invest my emotions and monkey mind thoughts into it which isn't necessary, just solve your problems if you need to from a detached perspective otherwise let go!

@99th_monkey Man do I agree... when I was young and a child... I had no worries... All I had to worry about is playing video games and I didn't even wonder about my fucking existence .. it's frustrating as fuck.. I need to get back to the childhood ways where I didn't worry about shit.
