Kundalini? What is it? What is a Kundalini awakening?

My interest with the Kundalini is what the essence of it actually is. How it ties in to chakras themselves and what they have in correlation between the chakras? My biggest interest of all is what actually is a Kundalini awakening and how this awakening is different from all other awakening as it's told to be specific from just a regular third eye or etc awakening. Practical tips and procedures one can do to follow through up on having a Kundalini awakening?

Kundalini is the natural flow of life in you. You are spellbound in the 6th chakra by society. Take that energy and go lower to the root and you start having the so called ''kundalini awakening''.
