Polyphasic sleep anyone?

3 posts in this topic

@Leo Gura @Nahm@Joseph MaynorI'm researching on this topic for a while now and decided to give it a try and continue this. But I see there are equal number of pros and cons about this. There are uberman sleep, everymans sleep etc. But does this actually work? How can we reduce the sleep time and maintain the same quality of it?

If this is real and there are evidence that great people like da vinci and thomas edison practiced it.  If this is true, this must increase my productivity to a great extent.

Guys, what are your opinions on this?
