Since my childhood I was a tiny lil,not having enough growth.probably by getting humiliated or mocked by my friends and family.i was beaten for some unethical reason by my parents.i was much negative and used to masterbate all day long in my room!! Now I am 24 and still my weight is 43!?! After a few months I'll enter in corporate world.i wonder how a mental health can help to grow our physic! Can I have a few words regarding this matter Leo???

@Nobody_Somebody holy shit. If you want to gain weight, the first thing you need to know is that you need to eat more calories than you burn. There’s a great app you can use called MyFitnessPal. You can put in your current weight and how much you would like to weigh and it’ll tell you how many calories you should eat per day to get there. 

Mindset is definitely important for anything. It sounds like you have some healing to do. Perhaps psychedelics can help with that.

Eat more food, nuts, legumes, seeds, vegetables, and fruits. Meat and fish if you want from good sources. Then for muscles do some workouts and they do not have to be that complicated. You can do push ups, pull ups, dips, squats, lunges, jogging, bridges, planks, crunches, leg lifts, handstand pushups... all you really need to stay physically fit without external weights. You gotta get serious and start educating yourself, start employing healthy habits and slowly the bad habits will fade.
