How to Sleep Soundly and Peacefully (for consciousness work)

I need to learn how to sleep properly...having high quality sleep at nights is super important if we want to be alert during meditatiin, yoga and so on...

I can just intuit that the following things will all play a role in having quality sleep:

▪ sleeping position

▪The Matress ( if any)

▪The food your eating

▪ Stillness of your mind

▪maybe doing a nightime routine?

▪anything else ??
