Meditation backsliding

Hey everyone feeling pretty stuck in life at the moment I've tried meditation a few times over the past few years but I struggle to maintain the habit and don't resume it until months later. Pretty much my reason for getting back into it is that I'd like to become more conscious so I can better navigate these tough times I'm currently up against. Advice on creating a sustainable meditation habit would be helpful here especially one for living between 2 different houses.

Do active meditations

Morning routine.

It's just so effective, and then you're free to do whatever you want the rest of the day.
