Hello Everyone! Heavy metal toxicity is a very heating subject for doctors these days. And while studying I found that it can damage our nervous system. @roberthenry Removing meat, processed foods and refined sugars, common aluminum deodorants, unfiltered water, and fluoride toothpaste contribute to clarity and energy abundance. It’s experiential though, so if anyone is interested - I recommend experiencing the difference. The psychological relativity of refined sugar, specifically, the effects these things have on the pineal gland, and processed iron (free radicals)  are very worth looking into.

@Lynnel msm is great for this... try to get the crystals, they are pure and high potency. Spirulina is great too. But if you're going to do anything, try msm. Starting feeling like a whole different person after only a week
