What is that substance that Leo mentions in one of his videos that is not a psychedelic, but greatly enhances the effects/makes it last longer.

I don't recall that part, but it's possibly a MAOI? One can increase the potency of mushrooms, for example, by ingesting some harmala seeds that work as a MAOI.

Never consume a maoi without a troughout research, certain combination of substances, such as mdma+maoi, are very potentially leathall. Google is your friend here.

Mushrooms and syrian rue seeds (acts as a MAOI)  do not require a diet. Source: personal experience. 

But definitely don't believe me Do research.
