Just finished reading this morning. Lots of techniques to improve life all rolled into one story. Maybe to much to take on all in one go. I intend to apply teachinques little by little.

This was the first book of its kind I ever read, and where my 'addiction' began. Some of it can be a bit cringe (for example where it says you should stare into a rose!) but the sentiment is very uplifting and hugely helped me.

Great book.  Reminds me of Leo's clip below where one must evolve out of stage orange and go all the way to live this life fully.
