Listen to your own Breath, literally. Do it until you make it a habit and automatic.

Meditation is number one in the list practice it

positive affirmation is second to my top list

third is visualize your self and belief that you are for example confident, for short workout your subconscious mind.. I'm practicing that haha imon my 3rd day.. about book? I don't have one yet but i think book about subconscious mind you can start from that....

Have you watched any of Leo's talks on the topic on YouTube? I've found them tremendously helpful to get the ball rolling and to come back to when I feel myself slipping back into being the person that society and culture want me to be. Any hell yes, the poster above mentioned meditation, which is one of the biggies.  Leo also has a number of great meditation videos, if that's something new to you.
