If reality is a strange loop...

Then everything within reality is an actual self-perpetuating cycle.

Take for example the seasons; the birth and death of stars; life and death itself; stock markets; crops; history even... Although these things may seem to 'change' in different ways, they are all operating in the same "loop" (cyclical pattern). All the details we may observe are simply distinctions and are illusory; contrasts that we use to compare between them to see them as different but are not really much so as they are fundamentally the same kind of change in a different form.

Even logic for example is always circular reasoning: A = A because it says so. A + B = C. There is no outside reason that makes any of these true other than our agreed consensus that these symbols representing something that is true. All logic is simply ordered circular reasoning; something that is true seems to "fit" and make the circle complete. Anything "illogical" is deemed not to make that circular completion, yet even something illogical is circular reasoning.

All actions are based on emotions as even they go in circular patterns; ranging in different intensities and even having different names, but ultimately either "feel good" or "feel bad"...The circular pattern here exists as we go back and forth from these states, and it seems to never end or even began. All of our actions are emotional because we take our actions based on achieving pleasure and avoiding pain. By avoiding pain we get pleasure, by avoiding pleasure we get pain. Getting pleasure brings us closer to a state of pain; Experience pain brings us closer to a state of pleasure, as no emotion is permanent and thus as times passes, will eventually be replaced by the opposite.

Yeah i have noticed this insight. That wanting to be happy is the number 1 source of suffering  for me.  Through acknowledging and accepting your true selfish nature and being ok with it allows you to be as selfless as you possibly could be. Whilst they contradict each other they are bound together by love, you must love yourself first to be able to properly love others.

A voice in my head, not so much a voice but something told me as i was meditating before experiencing nothingness, "i must not want to be better"

I then let go and

This seems counter intuitive because you are trying to aim for something for someone.

Inside and outside. Having an inside automatically assumes there must be an inside  and vice verse. They are so dependent on one another they might as well be one thing. Which then kind of invalidates their meaning.

Pleasure and pain....Are they actually opposite is the question. Or are they two sides of the same coin. ??‍♂️

@Angelo John Gage Where there is pain one seeks pleasure. And when one seeks pleasure then comes pain. Its a perpetual movement of conflict in becoming.
