I believe the root of that word implied a unification amongst people as to designate  significance, value, and meaning of living. Like a general consensus of purpose of some kind. Of course I’m not totally sure. Words and the meanings change. This is believe was a Latin root of meaning so I don’t know. I’m not a scholar, thankfully lol

I litteraly have no clue what spirituality is. Is it some some state you get in? How does it feel like. Where (mentally) is this state and how can you achieve it.

It's not a state, It's just what you are essentially without all the beliefs and dogmas.

It's being conscious of everything that is happening to this limited perception you call Omario.

Experientially wise, you see your thoughts and emotions more clearly, why you experience them, but you don't identify to them.

It's like being aware that you pilot a character in a movie, except you experience the movie in first person.

@Omario Honestly I've been hitting the "no self" pretty hard today. Face to face with nothing is here except infinite illusion. So I see it happening around me but I know it's not really happening. Or as least, I'm not really happening. So one part of me, the illusory ego me, is looking at this saying "This is a total fucking trip". No drugs needed! You could say I'm playing between the illusion of self vs. no-self and sometimes it all suddenly collapses because you let both go and nothing remains.
