[Meditation] 2 Phase-Breath by me

IN IS OUT - Moment exercise

-Breath in: play that you go out

OUT IS IN

-Breath out: play that you go in

.As you go out while your breath goes in, you are the external

.As you go in while your breath goes out, you are the most subtle

 

Do it a few times at least 5

You are in the moment? good

 

BEING THE WHOLE - Armony exercise

each step like 2-3 seconds

Breath in: blinks twice

Hold: blinks twice

Breath out: blinks twice

Hold: blinks twice

Go this cycle for 5 minutes

 

After meditative ideas:

-Notices the silent presence of forms

-Thinking? all right! notice the thinker meeting space

- see that sound, is a travel to silence
