It seems like no time has passed since the realization that took place 2 months ago and yet it feels like a lifetime away. A steady flow of life without any effort.

There's been a heartache that's building up and tonight there was a massive release of energy radiating from the heart and outwards the body.

Alot of changes going on. No longer interested in watching tv and gaming takes up less and less of my time. Instead I enjoy being out in nature and just be. A new interest in gardening, what a joy to see life flourish by using my own two hands. My wife and child seems to enjoy gardening aswell.
