Emotional expression/Authenticity

If authenticity is expression of emotion, but if we can't always trust emotion, when is expression authentic or superficial?

once you purified your emotional reactive patterns and traumas you can trust your emotions 100%.

What is trust? Trust is surrender. If you would 100% trust yourself right now, you would be enlightened and all your emotional trauma would dissolve.

An enlightened person sees you as 100% authentic. You are 100% authentically playing an ego denying that your essence is oneness.

man I’m confused about 100% authenticity thing, how do u reconcile 100% spontaneity and careful planning, or with infinite farts and burps

thats not true i have been emotional authentic before and i haven't got any warnings or banned from the website
