Body shaking

9 posts in this topic

Sometimes i have this rush of negative energy in my body and i start being very angry (im not angry in a sense that i want to hurt someone or im angry at something i just feel the emotion) and i start swearing or producing some weird sounds and my body starts shaking. I can always stop it but if i let control i just go wild. Is this just my body relising negative energy or this can be something i need to go to doctor. This expecially happens during meditation when i let go completly. I heard that your body can start moving left to right or in circle motion but never that someone is really angry producing sounds and bashing the bed crazily whit his whole body when he just lets control and let the body do what it wants. I just want to know if this is normal.

Check out Osho Dynamic Meditation. It's a practice designed to safely get emotion and all the stuff out of your body.

1. You pump yourself up with fast breathing

2. You exploooode with all that you have got. Spontaneity is important.

3. You ground yourself.

4. You let go... (do nothing)

5. You celebrate, dance!

This really helped me, when my kundalini was shifting and I was experiencing similar stuff that you are explaining. It might be difficult and you may encounter resistance, but it is well worth it :)

I have this too.

When this shit is intense I play the most evil songs of Slipknot and beat the rope like a boxer that is in the center of my room (I wish I had a punch bag). Or shake and dance. Or exercise intensively. Or do breathing exercises.

Get in touch with that negative energy, create circumstances where you can let yourself go temporarily mad and get tired of it, that's the point of dynamic meditation, to exhaust your negative emotions.

I have this too.

It's "negative" energy coming to the surface. Especially if you have a consistent meditation practice.

Keep the balance between repressing and experiencing. Don't repress it because it will bite you in the ass eventually. And releasing does not mean that you think "Now I am angry!" and generate actions that match your emotion. Allow and let it flow through you.

Spirituality is any movement towards the Unnamable. Everything is spiritual.

The only true way out Resistance is going into it because any way out of it is staying in it.

The purest life possible is surrendering to the Absolute.

You are purging energy. There is no difference between negative and positive energy btw, it is just energy, which you release in the form of emotion.

Through self enquiry you should be able to catch it as such.

The best way I have found is to stimulate it then release it in a controlled environment.

The following is brilliant for it:
Qigong (I used Kunlun level 1 for a bit to get rid of dormant energy in the legs)
Advanced breathing methods. (Whim Hoff, other stuff)
Cold baths
Exercise

As for expressing it, scream into a pillow. Works wonders.

Totally normal.  DOn’t want it at your back your whole life. Got to sit with it and stomach breath and let it process. Awareness really is curative, maybe work on where it’s coming from. Must’ve filed some events away in a manor that would probably make you anger to realize, but that awareness of it is the liberation of it too. Good luck. I was there. It sucks ass. It’s worth it to work through it.
