For anyone who creates videos of them speaking..

I have recently tried creating a few videos of myself talking about various topics, for my business. But I get put off by seeing myself talk and I find the image of myself yapping away, very distracting.

Do other people who create videos have this problem or do they film themselves on a proper camera? Is there a way of doing it where I don't have to look at myself or is this something I just need to get used to?

I do... I’m just wondering if there is a method of making videos of yourself without Putting it the camera into selfie mode ? Or if that’s just something I need to get used to ?

But if you could grasp how Truth and compassion work with the things you want to do, there is no difference from writing your thoughts on a paper, to taking a video of yourself talking infront of a camera, or speaking infront of hundrends of peaple live

@Seed Of course you don't flip the camera screen facing you while you talk, you flip it back.

Just talk directly to the camera lens.

Yeah don't look at yourself while you talk that will fuck you up big time and ruin your flow

When I do it I just talk straight to the lens...it helps me get in the zone
