A tip for everyone that does awareness

Hello! One of the best advice that I could receive from a friend is to walk barefooted. Here is why:

1. Meditation is more powerful

2. I can listen better to my own body.

3. I can follow better my intuition

4. I have a stronger visualization

That is what has been working a lot for me and at the same time, I am passing through hard moments. All the level of exercises I have been doing increased a lot. Just an advice. And let me know if it worked for you!

Definitely. There is a great connection with the earth when walking barefoot, It neutralizes many unneeded energies that only drain us and cause more stress. I try to walk barefoot as much as i can especially when i have been on electronics a lot, i almost instantly feel the surge of electrical energy neutralize within me soon as i place my feet on bare earth. There is much more too and and many other benefits but yeah thought I'd share my experience :)
