Summaries of Leo's latest work?

Hello everyone,

has anyone done summaries lately and is generous enough to share them! I much prefer to read summaries then watching videos over and over again, especially in places where I don't have access to internet which I find myself a lot. I'm not at talented at doing them myself, I'm having a hard time to keep it short and simple.

Leo's latest work is excellent, it's so good to have it in written form on my phone to read anywhere, I miss the brilliant summaries from Juan Cruz Giusto he used to post here! I believe the last one he posted was "Understanding Meaning, Purpose and Value"... 

Any summary up from that video will be greatly appreciated!
