Traveling and Self actualization

I had an experience in traveling alone ...

When You travel alone, You know and understand Yourself and others better, 

 

Did You experience the same thing before ?

 any ideas ?

Travelling alone is the way to go for me. It can be sad sometimes but the journey feels way more intense. And it can be a great way to connect with yourself again. I guess that meditation has sort of the same result but since I believe that the human body was made for outdoor activities I prefer walking around the world, seeing new things and being aware of your thoughts transforming.

Yeah it is powerful,

Solo international travel for 2 weeks to a very different country is an Enlightenment tool.  You will have so many insights and realizations when you do this.  It’s so healthy that I try to do this twice a year.
