I made an awesome smoothie today, made me feel really good and gave me A LOT of energy. I'll share mine if you share yours :)

200ml Bonsoy and 150ml water as a base

1 Scoop sunwarrior choc protein + 1 tsp raw cacao powder (I like my chocolate)

2 Spotted bananas (cause spots = ripeness)

1 Tbps Hemp seeds + Chia seeds

1 tsp Maca powder

1 tsp Bee pollen

1 tsp Maqui berry powder

1/2 tsp Spirulina

1 capsule of Astragalus Extract

1 capsule of Cordyceps Mushroom

Pinch of Shilajit

I rode my bike all day with ease and a big :)

I got an easier one, goat milk kefir + honey + chia and flax seeds + half banana + a pinch of cinnamon . . . Sometimes i add here a scoop of golden whey protein before hitting the gym

Yeah i am a bit extreme but that's just how i roll since i have them around :P 

The main things you need for a solid smoothie are:

Base: Water, Tea, Coconut water or Milk of choice

Fruit/Berries: Bananas, Mangoes, Blueberries ect..

Greens:  Kale, Spinach, Spirulina/Chlorella ect..

Healthy Fats: Hemp/Chia/Flaxseeds or others

Boosts: Maca, Cacao, Bee Pollen, Herbs ect.. (Optional but effective)

Sweetener but again Optional as well as Protein powders but they can really smooth things out if they are good quality.
