If reality is at the same time is not real can i vision myself anything i want to be?

If i vision myself as i have a power and i work that out even if that is so imposible is it at the same time possible?? For example i workout to have a telekinesis or other powers that I can't imagine that human beings can do and i use that for example i see people hurt somebody and i use that power to someone who is doing the crime? Like Dare Devil... or like the one in the teleseries

or i will shift the dimension like doctor strange to the criminal where he is,...I don't care of he will mind fuck

Didn't understand everything you said but Yes, vision is the starting point of all change. What you truly are is infinite potential. You connect to the infinite potential with imagination.

What seems impossible only seems like impossible  to the current version of oneself. If you want that to be possible, then you have to be the change you wish to see. When you start to emit the frequency that you want to attract, then that reality Will be attracted to you, but you need to keep reinforcing that state of being until it is embodied.

Then after you change the frequency of what you are emmiting, the reality that is the representation of that frequency Will be attracted to you.
