Structure And Tracking Systems For Food And Water

Are there any superb tracking systems anyone uses for tracking water intake and specific food intake? Do you find it best to monitor the feeling of the body? What has helped tracking and what has hurt? From experience, not getting enough sleep and not meditating puts a huge hit on my health and reaches into diet and nutrition performance. Consumption of water is always on point when I have water that's right in front of my face and not hidden in the depths of the world all day. That mean putting water in major places that you will be throughout the day such as your car, your work, and multiple places at home including your room and kitchen and anywhere else that is ideal. Food preparation is a key task in the morning after I shower.
