An amazing book that radically changed my view on what makes something healthy vs unhealthy. Written for beginners useful for the most advanced. If you read please look beyond the obvious sales pitch because there is truly some wonderful information.

It covers many topics but what is significant is important is that it explains what makes something healthy.

the condition of our physical body, is dependent on the condition of your own consciousness,  your physical body is a replication of your consciousness, all sickness and disease begins in consciousness before it is reproduced in the physical body, most healing work done is done on the physical body while the real cure for the root cause of the illness goes untouched and often the sickness and disease reappears in a new form. a healthy body requires a healthy consciousness.
