How to overcome people really not liking me as a child?

3 posts in this topic

People ! Self help community talks about how we should try to bring out our inner child. The thing is since like the third grade I have countless memories of being disliked. I made hardly any friends since then. I think it started with my move in third grade to Montgomery from bridgewater. All this conditioning that I was wierd and not able to be liked. Really got to me. I made friends easily before I moved in the second grade  just like wonder if my inner child was likeavke. Like I know I'm not supposed to care what others think of me but I want friends and like how do I overcome this fear that my real self who is my unconditioned self as a child isn't able to be liked, that no one would actually enjoy my presence??

The inner child is not linked to your past. It is that aspect of you that laughs at every aspect of reality. It is that aspect of you that accepts every outcome irregardless (I love this word because it is useless, but useful at the same time. Beautiful).

You are a child. Smile a little.

Ja, Leightonm is right.

Also consider your child self to be a Alpha version still in development with many bugs and glitches. You cant judge the finished (?) product by something in development and constant rapid change.

....hopefully you still are in development, but I doubt that it is _that_fast and radical.

..btw...aren´t ALL kids wierd in some way or another?
